December was fun. BUSY, but fun. Looking towards the holidays, the days off between Christmas and New Years, time with family and friends. Dress up days, celebrations, and time to relax and enjoy. Enjoy the season, the (weirdly warm) weather, friends, family, food, and down time. But of course we had to get through the first 3 weeks of CHAOS (and fun) to get to the more relaxing part at the end of the year! We were able to do that in a true Weaver style! Here are the highlights!
There was basketball. LOTS and LOTS of basketball. LOL. Opal Rayne turned 2. Dress up Days. Work lunches. Work parties. Birthdays, Christmas, and NYE 123123!

December - so much basketball. I won't ever miss it! We have a lot more of the season ahead of us, but it is going too fast for this Mama's heart! Soaking it all in and having a great time! Next month - we travel to Missouri for the Bass Pro Tournament! But, also so grateful for family time, and a break from work this month. I needed it more than I realized!
All this ton time and travel time allowed for MUCH more reading this month! I loved it so much! I am also almost done with the 8th book!
I have read 58 books in 2023 -my original goal was 30. HERE is a link to my GoodReads "Year in Books" if you are interested (most aren't, I know this...)!
