Homecoming week led to Homecoming weekend and with all the festivities, we were tired! Emma was in Stillwater most of the weekend, and we had a busy schedule, as usual.
Friday night lights and Homecoming. It is so fun to see that through the eyes of a student! One of our Football trainers was up for Queen, and there was a big football game as well. While our candidate didn't get the crown, our TEAM pulled off an impressive win and we are now 5 -0 on the season. Every game is a big one at this point. Go Pioneers!

Saturday, Lara had to be up at the OSU Cross Country track to help work the Cowboy Jamboree. She did not know a thing about Cross Country running, and she got to learn a lot of new things. Like how tiring and physical it is to "catch" runners after they cross the finish line!
October 1 officially starts basketball season and that's when your team can start practicing. To celebrate this, Emma's Lady Panthers had a fun Saturday planned and a first practice Sunday morning at 12:01am. They met in Mulhall that afternoon, went out to dinner as a team,, watched movies in the gym until midnight, had a 1/2 hour practice, then came home.
Sunday we all tried to refresh and get our rest most of the day. We went to church together as a family, then took Emma back to Orlando. After we got back to Stillwater, we wrapped up the weekend with a quick dinner and our family meeting - ready for another week!
